8/10 Very good! (2,722 reviews)
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Seemed like several different people were in and out of your room when cleaning on a single day. One person cleaned it, someone else brings items for refrigerator. Tip was taken one day but room was not cleaned until we reached out to the Expedia staff. They were fast to get the room serviced.
Adult pool could be maintained better, like the main pool.
Bartender Pedro and Julian will take good care of you. We will be back!

7.4/10 Good! (18 reviews)
You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue.
It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.
